Can I use MIA on my Other devices?

Sure, you can! After signing up on one device, you can access your account from multiple other devices, with all your personal information automatically syncing to the new device.

Does MIA collect or share any of my personal information?

Why is MIA asking for permission to access my Location?

MIA uses your location only to add location details to your interactions. For more details refer to our Privacy policy.

How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails?

To opt out of marketing emails, kindly click 'Unsubscribe' at the bottom of the email. However, as a MIA user, you may still receive essential product-related emails related to the MIA app.

Are my notes in contacts or follow-ups shared with anyone?

MIA only shares your Mcard, which includes your registered contact details, with your contacts. All other entries, such as interaction updates, reminders, and other details, remain private.

Why is MIA asking for permission to access my contacts?

MIA does not access or sync your contacts without your permission. Access to your contacts is required only when you opt to import a contact from your phone's Contact Book to MIA or export your MIA contacts to your phone's contact book. For further details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
